Printing industry on the characteristics of iron printing ink
1. Dryness and heat resistance
Ink is heating drying and oxidative polymerization, to ensure that the film has sufficient hardness and processing resistance;
2. Solvent resistance and wet coating resistance
Match the post-treatment gloss oil, free from wrinkle and discoloration, and maintain the surface tension suitable for the gloss oil and meet the requirements of wet glazing;
3. Processing resistance and handling
After metal printing, according to the use of different processing, ink after heating drying should be good adhesion;
4. Liquidity
Substrate surface is impermeable, ink printing scene with large drying room, high temperature workshop, and general ink ratio, printing iron ink viscosity;
5. Water resistance
Lithographic printing is based on the principle that oil (ink) water (fountain solution) does not dissolve in phase. In the printing process, printing ink and fountain solution are repeatedly contacted, so the ink is required to be water-resistant to prevent emulsification of the ink.
6. Light resistance, heat resistance and cooking resistance
After baking at high temperature and sterilization at high temperature, the ink should not change color, escape color, product storage period to maintain the original color unchanged;
7. Adaptability of fountain solution
